And the fact that you can read the official translation for free on Webtoon and their pronouns are stated again and again through the story. That's also why I love this so much. Anyone can fit the role of a mom ♡
Ryder goes by they/them pronouns, and so does Miria. It is that serious bc everyone is suppised to be Mori's "mother". The charm of this manhwa is that aliens don't have genders or biological sex, so they don't understand gender norms or gender roles like humans have. The message for what the author has in mind is that the aliens don't have gender roles, and therefore any alien can be Mori's mom.
