The problem is that Dane most likely preferes to bottom with Grayson.
He also absolutely hates when Grayson gets upset or hurt, although he is into bdms and Grayson is a true monster when it comes to strenghts and recovery.

The artist can't do that since it's not their story. If that happens or not is up to Zig.

Another problem is how the story is tagged, if they are versatile it has to be tagged. But it was never tagged before and there was a clear distinction between who is the top and who the bottom, so changing something like that could be really problematic. This is no free fanficton, those are webnovels readers pay for, so the tagging is important. I remember what happened when she deleted one tag, because she decided to put it in an extra she wanted to release later and not in the epilogue as the had originally planned. It resulted in a lot of complains and she had to explain it.

Ugh I forget how picky some people does behave with tags but I totally understand. I just think that while Dane might prefer to bottom, as someone who exclusively topped before meeting Grayson, he might be curious about topping Grayson instead? And we all know if Dane really truly wanted to, Grayson would say okay because it's been stated Grayson will do whatever his partner wants.
