That ending was absolute dogshit. It hated the ML throughout the whole story but Ive read some of the authors previous work and liked it…this however was not it. Was genuinely rooting for the other guy and to justify the MC and ML ending up together he becomes some shady asshole??? Cmon that’s so fucking lazy it’s neither entertaining nor interesting. The arts great but like the BS story of the MC left a sour taste in my mouth and the apology was lowkey ass. Like pick yourself up king that man is a walking talking dog and NOT worth your time, live or effort.
