He's a diamond dust beta so to a phantom alpha like the ml he's like an omega this is why the ml can sense his pheromones and thought he's an omega and also the mc can sense the ml pheromones (its like the phantom alpha and diamond dust beta are a soulmate ) + the phantom alpha can turns the diamond dust beta to an omega
