I saw someone say that he's always been an omega, but hes an ultra rare diamond omega so he's only abele to smell golden and higher(diamond) alphas which is why hes never smelled pheromones from anyone since golden are rare too (let alone the ultra rare diamond). But the golden alpha (ml) could smell him too (im assuming lower level alphas and omegas cant or something idk it would make more sense.)
