Is this story worth reading, can someone give me a little explanation about this story

Not worth it. Several short stories and all are f-ed up.
<<<<obviously spoilers>>>>

First is a cat boy and adoptive dad who, of course, sleep together in the cat-boy's heat.
Then we have a stalker who assaults the one he was obsessed with in school and r's him. We got a mafia story about a dide who borrows money to force the boss to spend time with him to, you guesses it, f him. Then we got a blind guy and husband, husband wants to leave, brother in law finds him and.. Did you guess it? Sleep with him, in the end infront of the blind dude.
(I don't remember, the blind guy might even be faking it, or I am thinking of another story)
Those are roughly what you get, and no, the stories are not even well written :|
