Iirc (because it's been a while since I read the novel and I might’ve forgotten some details) Paula will not be actively helping Alicia but she will keep silent so in a way, she's still helping her conceal the truth. I don't remember how soon exactly but I remember that this didn’t take too long, after all, Vincent will not be riding on her bullshit lol. The moment Viola visits, it's the end for Alicia too so I'm excited for her to return and the novel described Viola's entrance as a total badass, looking forward to how they'll illustrate it (≧∀≦)
