Yea, he’s kinda insecure and really head strong so he’s just going at it, knowing exactly what he’s doing and being like kinda manipulative bc he knows Munhak is a pushover. It’s totally toxic and gonna lead to some angst but it’ll also be the reason they end up together, yk?
iiuc jaehui is just being passive aggressive? by forcing munhak to publicly say that he’s his boyfriend he closes the issue without actually having to acknowledge that they had different ideas of what their relationship was, it’s a petty way to make them definitively boyfriends. it’s self destructive in the end though bc all the smoothed over conflicts will definitely blow up in the end
