Not sure in the manhwa but in the novel, it took until towards end until Alicia escapes. Following chapters will go: Paula and Vincent have the talk + Murder in the mansion + Reunion (super heartwarming chapter) + Tea time - Alicia still pretends to be Paula and lied to everyone’s face about the field of flowers they used to go back then (Alicia said it was yellow instead of WHITE) then she had the audacity to get mad at Paula … and so many more annoying scenes but dw Paula won’t tolerate her for long
