also, if you have a laptop and have never ventured into BLVNs, i highly suggest doing so. there are many great blvn creators and publishers out there. My faves are anything by Adelta, Nitro-Chiral, PIL/Slash and parade. and just almost anything published under Jast USA or MangaGamer is also bound to be a great read and playthru.
(i also can't wait for the English localization of Adelta's OOE. waiting for it has become TORTURE. blvns are now my main go to since newer animanga has all kinda went downhill...)

I'm afraid this site & mrm are still our best bets overall, but try other sites like dex, comix, heck even e-hentai and nhentai for comparisons, they have much better search system, also I've never visited them but yaoi scan for yaoi & dynasty scan for yuri might worth a try
youll be surprised how many vetetan acquaintances (millennial) i've met that have not heard of MRM. granted, most of them were cisgender women who read manga from very different sources than myself, as well as skewing towards more fluffy and safe content than myself lol. so i still assume some ppl may have yet to officially stumble on it.
mangaupdates is probably the most comprehensive site for finding manga. the advanced search can filter by genre, categories (aka tags), and other criteria. you can't read on the site but they tell you what translations and scanlations are available.
does anyone know a really good and up to date site for japanese mangas (yuri and yaoi centred if possible) where i can search by tags? I wanna go back to reading mangas but i feel like most mangas arent uploaded or translated anymore oddly there used to be more back in like the 2014-20s (yes im unc) pls help
