What about the clothes?

I know that this is meant to be a short story, so problems are resolved quickly and questions are skimmed over. It's not the first time I encountered such a thing either, and I've seen oneshots here and there, but it still feels like some details were judt randomly put to resolve questions and problems I never would've thought of, but done in such a hurried way that it's pretty apparent.

How did they fall in love? They just did. It's enough to know that Lee Hwan is sweet and doting towards Do Dam, and Do Dam is kind and cheerful even though he has nothing much. Some people in some stories fall in love for less. No big deal.
What about their lifespans? Peaches.
Children? It seems heirs are needed, but there's no problem, because Do Dam took in medicine. Nothing out of the ordinary, but like one commenter said, it all happened so fast that we didn't even get to see a glimpse of him eating said special rice cakes. But it can be brushed off as it's not important. It's the way it's noted in passing that made it looked even more rushed and random...
What about the trees Do Dam felled? It's ok because he cuts them for the greater good of others. (I didn't think it posed much of a problem or that it would be questioned at all because wood is a necessary material especially at this point of human civilzation, in addition to the fact that it wasn't paid much attention in other stories + it's not indiscriminatory deforestation, but I guess it's a necessary thing to remember since he's the spouse of a prince of heaven.)

But the one question that will seem to remain unanswered was: What about his clothes that were snatched up by the deer? Will he ever get those back?

I guess it wouldn't matter to Lee Hwan because he can still go up to heaven. He said so himself, "postpone my visit to heaven", plus the end of the story shows them going up together with their children.
In fact, it seems he was only mildly inconvenienced by it; he seemed to treat it more like a vacation rather than being unable to go anywhere. He's got luxuries, he's got servants, and he can fetch what he wants when he wants it (peaches, cakes, new clothes for his husband...) I guess he's free from that stipulation because he's a prince, not just any random maiden from heaven.

But... what happened to the deer and the clothes? Knowing those were from the prince, it's either:
Deer's actions surprises heavenly denizens and hence his gutsy actions allow him a place as their messenger or servant or something, mayhaps he too becomes an immortal they can't easily touch, or...
When they go up there they'll see decorative deer furniture, because he stole from a prince and had climbed up to heaven with his garments.

I imagine it's a mix: heavenly denizens are angry, but maybe he's immune because he has the prince's garments. His cunning allows him to take a peach or so, making him effectively immortal.
Perhaps the prince could do something and punish him, but considering he allowed Lee Hwan and his husband to meet, he might grant the deer mercy or even give it a position within the heavens. Maybe.
