Most likely yeah, it's impossible for her to carry a dead body alone let alone in the morning. And we saw a glance of her mother's remains (hair) when she was attempting to pull the blanket away from her mother because she was feeling cold.
Is her mother really dead in the kimchi freezer? When she was burying the cats she said something about that’s where corpses belong and it would be weird to put them in a fridge or the trash. Just makes me think about it, and honestly im just waiting for a plot twist
