Sorry for the late reply, the series itself is called the THIRDS, and this book is the same as the title on here, "Hell and Highwater" by Charlie Cochet. As for where to read, I fear I haven't gotten to that point yet, but I would look on "ocean of PDF" since thats where I usually read my books for free :)
