I feel like, when it comes to the law, subs prob aren’t taken as a serious threat and the case would be thrown out immediately
Like, “what kind of Dom can’t defend himself from a sub” or whatever
I think that logic isn’t realistic. If the legal system assumed that a certain group cannot be a threat it would lead to the absurd outcome of those people avoiding responsibility no matter what they do.
it’s a world where a portion of the population can forcibly control another portion of the population through verbal command alone… I think it’s a natural conclusion to assume that the portion of the population can be made to sit or kneel against their will is less of a threat
At this point, you have enough evidence to go to the police and get a restraining order. He literally admitted himself that he lied and harassed you just because he wanted to be ordered around. There’s no need for any more drama
