Not all authors agree with that though.... Some ABO universes put an Enigma on top of the pyramid as "the alpha of alphas" lol (supposedly they can get anyone pregnant if I understood correctly)
Alphas, regardless of their primary sex, struggle with getting pregnant themselves.
Usually it has to be with another alpha who is more dominant for it to happen. Even then the chances are slim to none.
Most of the time they end up needing medical intervention for it to be a success.
You have to remember that female alphas basically have the same reproductive organs as male alphas with the bonus of a very small womb unfit for childbearing.
