Hmmmm in my words basically the mc aka Yuder Ail dies and regresses back 11 years before all the bad shit happens! His goal is to make sure the world doesn't end (and to prevent deaths) one of which includes the present (tl2) Arcane Legion Commander, Kishiar La Orr, whom in the first timeline, he killed with his very hands.
