I think maybe he got up to search for Kay, but probably the servants were like "no you have to stay here" and then he started killing every one, just my wild guess lol

Are we not gonna question why Zigril just started killing people. I'm not questioning his personality, but how did he get in that situation In the first place? He was literally just sitting waiting for Kay to come out the bathroom. So why is he chopping people up lol?
