Idk, it seems kinda possible to me. "I love you, I care for you, why can't you love me too??? What do I not have?" Is something that can come from a totally "nice" guy. To me it was realistic lolol
I remember reading this and thinking, damn I really like Kanata and Mizuhara together, and rereading it now I still do lmao. And of course the author had to butcher his character just so we can root for the brother instead of him. Like whatever but they should've made him a creep in the beginning if that was the case, or leave his character alone after they said their goodbyes.
