to be more specific this happens during the side chapters and is not connected with the main story. basically it’s an omegaverse where the omega is some rich dude that fcks alphas and only bottoms for a specific alpha that has a distinct pheromone where he feels comfortable, i can’t remember the rest but the alpha leaves the omega without knowing that the omega is pregnant, they get reunited in a train station or smth. that’s all i could remember i do hope someone recognizes this
