There really isn’t a reason to use fear to get the mc to listen. But I guess plugging both holes wasn’t sexy ( I was disappointed is was scary ) . but like the mc is killing himself slowly . It looks like the ml had a doctors record of his organs slowly failing. You’re not supposed to be on depression medicine and drink. I hear very bad things if you do. (Not justifying just saying)
