Is the title that way because they’re talking about MC’s asshole? Is it a gap now?

no haha I don’t think this counts as a spoiler but it’s actually about the gap on a platform of a train, you know like the area between the train track and the platform. it’s relevant later in the story but everything in this revolves around Alex and Nathan and all roads lead back to each other so it’s about one of the ways they started and were lead back to each other. it’s actually pretty cute when the title is dropped in the scene. I really don’t believe this toon is doing to novel Justice BUT the art is gorgeous and artist is still an amazing talent. I think this is one of those toons you end up needing to read the novel cause the book is actually real beautiful, painful, tragic, it’s made me cry like twice lol. It’s amazing

that’s interesting that the title relates to the gap on a train station, at first i thought ‘mind the gap’ referred to the gap between their relationship, how they distanced from each other in highschool

oh that’s absolutely the metaphor behind the entire story as well, great point! their social inequalities play a big part on Alex’s end but not Nathan. But by the end the mind the gap only refers to the train platform as in that bridge gets gapped hehe :3

Well social and class/wealth gap I should say yeah. my poor baby Alex suffers for so long thinking he has no place in Nathan’s life but still yearns for him endlessly (/TДT)/
