I remember a comment from long ago talking about their grandma working as a burlesque performer. Back then this was a pretty foreign concept to me. It was and still is kinda hard for me to imagine such shows. I'm glad that the performers can proudly do their job though. I thought that maybe if someday I could actually witness it I might be able to understand it's allure.
