I feel like that's kinda normal though. There's a lot of bad things out there we shame people for and then go do it ourselves.
For example; People will shame others for doing drugs, but then the same people will go and drink 2 coffee's everyday (Yes, coffee is technically a drug, look it up)
It's a very human thing to do, to try and justify our actions and to separate ourselves from others. Who knows? I can imagine how exhausted the Mc is, how mentally damaged he is he's just moving like a computer or something. Not really enjoying life or anything.
But I can totally see what you're getting at (=・ω・=)

I feel like MC is a hypocrite
Don't take me bad, I love this story. But I needed to bring this here to see if I was the only one who thought like this.
So you see, the MC considers murder as trashy. So if someone murder another they don't deverse to live. But at the same time in a lot chapters the MC is killing someone. And then he adds a comment like "oh they were going to be criminals in the future so is not a problem that I kill them now"
So this is funny because:
(I) He treats like murder is such a offense don't matter the motive so if someone murders another person they are trash
(II) But if the MC kills someone he always feel the need to give a justification so that he can treat it like something deserved
Do you see the contradiction?
