No, they’re talking about being the autism spectrum or being neurodivergent. Being on the spectrum or someone referring to the spectrum does not mean they’re talking about being slow or dumb. People on the spectrum can be much more intelligent than Neurotypical people.

It feels that way because its never explicitly said in manhwa when a character is coded to be autistic. They always just say its their personality or smth, it can get annoying, they want the traits of an autistic person but without the character actually being labeled as autistic
