I don’t remember if they ever showed him, but apparently he is Leo’s biological father (and possible works for yakuza) and Leo’s mother supplied fake documents so Leo would be kept out of the trouble the biological father is in (to keep Leo safe)

I don’t remember them showing him, unless I just didn’t pay attention because he seemed like an unimportant side character in earlier chapters. I don’t remember him at all lol
