And from what I have read it in spoiler forum the mc fakes his death and escapes but at the end still ends up the the psychotic ml, I can't even imagine how mc would have to live on egg shells for the rest of his life, cuz it's hard to believe that the ml will change his psychotic ways.
Actually yes , even though mc ends up with haeyoung, mc will be scared of him... it's not even Stockholm syndrome kinda case... by the end of the novel mc literally has nobody on his side , physically and mentally fucked up , and ends up extremely depended on haeyoung... as you can see in this episode how traumatized haewon is that even when he is scared of haeyoung he still goes to him for comfort as he literally has no one to help him or support him... This scene made me tear up cuz finding comfort in our abuser and licking off whatever affection he can from this three monsters is the only way he can survive
I am usually ok with these kind of stories, but this is a bit uncomfortable and quesy to read. If the mc wasn't so helpless and trapped i would have enjoyed it
