Lee Muhan is the original with all his memories. He received vicious and gruesome punishment which split his personalities and became a 'God'. This created the mugos. MC is the reincarnation of his lover. We don't know what happened for lee muhan to get punished or what happened to his lover. The Mugo's have no memory of it as well and they were trying to regain the memories.
Lee Muhan is the person that was used to create the fake god(evil spirit) called Mugo. Mugo is the name of the process of which created our 3 male leads. The 3 ml had 3 different consciousness in 1 body as they were all created from hatered and different desires from Lee Muhan. After so long time they do not remember it all as its their past life before ascending into an evil spirit and right now Lee Muhan resided deep inside Mugo's consciousness as a regretful soul that haunts him. Mugo is still just a human that ascended to being an evil spirit but as he's reconnecting to himself i dont really know but he's gonna be either human back or by losing his regrets become a true god(we'll see later with the story)
The mc is the future reincarnation of the person Lee Muhan was with, thats why both Mugo and Lee Muhan are very connected to him
