He made a bad investment, that's not some super sad origin story it happens to a lot of people all the time. He should own up to his mistakes, instead he put the debt under his innocent wife's name and then cheated on her to get away from it. You r really messed up if ur supporting that trash
He made a bad choice. In the beginning he chooses her over college and his dream. He had a potential to become successful because he’s a smart kid but he was weak for love. And then in the end he regretted it because life is tough when you’re broke.
that's all fine and well but does that excuse him pushing the consequences of that bad choice onto his innocent wife and then cheat on her just to run away from it? Hell she was broke too AND phsyically abused in childhood and trusted him only for him to end up abusing her too (verbally and emotionally). Lots of people make bad investments but they have to suck up to it and pay their own consequences not push onto someone else entirely.
