anyhoo, i think theres only three basic fandom etiquettes that if followed by allhould guaruntee peace in fandom spaces:
1.dl;r dont like dont read - dont whine about it too much. yes criticize it in a civil curt manner and initiate social discussion, but don't turn them into heated arguments that go nowhere which ruin the freeom that internet forums offer. talk, have fun, dont ragebait pointlessly. grow up.
2. kink tomato/ykinmkato (your kink is not my kink nd thats ok) please no kink shaming. to each their own, everyone has different tastes. accept the differences and move on lifes too short for allat bs
3. the first rule of fight club: you don't talk about fight club - i think everyone understands this fairly well following the whole bato incident. share links and info in closed circles, don't broadcast it on social media. if you are a pirate then live like one. operate in the shadows as much as possible.
