They both fall doen the stairs. Ml is hurt but then he says he loves mc and then mc confesses back and thats it. There’s still unresolved drama of both of them moving to other countries, ml doesn’t know that mc is pregnant with his kid, and a whole bunch of other things. It took mc till chapter 99 to even get pregnant. The artist even said they didn’t reach the end of the novel so idk why it’s even over yet. I’m guessing budgeting was probably the issue why they couldn’t have a clean ending for this
