which makes him act like a child, it does feel wrong but it also makes a little sense because Albin has suffered enough by seeing his parents and younger sister die and having to see Judith hanged, and also he was kidnapped by who knows what the name of that bastard is who brainwashed and raped Albin until he was severely traumatized. (I'm not trying to normalize but I just want to tell you why Albin is acting like that.)
I've reread the manhwa 3 times, still I could take myself to like Albin & Kenny's physical relationship. Albin's mental capacity is the same as a child, hence whatever consent he gives Kenny cannot be consent at all. Their relationship are completely different than what Rahman & Yexing's have. Yexing ofc mentally well and can give his consent so his relationship is more palatable and morally right for the some audience. If Albin grow (mentally) and get better, then consent to have sex it won't be as weird. I don't have problem with age gap couple, but I draw the line when a child (or adult that mentally still a child) get sexualized/into sexual activity— manhwa or not. Since this is a manhwa I won't preach so much about morals whatsoever, but I can keep my opinion about Albin and have the right to skip his sex scene.
If we talk about the relationship, I agree that it's strange, but if it's about the character itself, I can't accept that many people hate Albin because my best friend was also a victim of kidnapping and rape when she was 12 to 20 and she also experienced age regression since she was rescued.

Writing this kind of story that include mental health always fine as long as it DONE RIGHT, and what I mean by done right is its done for awareness purpose. This story clearly isnt for that purpose lmao, some authors use sensitive conflict to richer the story but still include xx scene who ruin the point, no one know the author real purpose for this but you cant blame ppl for thinking the author infantilizing the character to satisfy their fetish
