that was the late king, the crown prince was unable to save him anyway cz he was sent off somewhere else, I don't get the whole resentment either else it's a kin-based hatred
for commoners like them or someone under the grace of royal family whether it’s because of the late king or new king you’ll resent them all the same
I think it’s because he was the divine being everyone was praying to for salvation, and also a member of the royal family, crown prince, he saw firsthand what was going on there with the disease that was spreading, he met Doram back when he was a child and promised to take care of him and in the end being A DIVINE BEING he couldn’t do anything… Come on, he is a huge black flying tiger who can snap things and necks from afar, who has an unnatural sharp sense of hearing, can basically teleport… I would be pissed off too, why going around promising things you cannot bother to do? （￣へ￣）
If u really think about it, if the crown prince didn't meet our MC or didn't indulge his curiousity about MC, his blindness probs wouldn't heal and his father the late King wouldn't have sent out people to kill Doram's fam.

I don't get why he would NOT understand that even the prince himself did not know about his circumstances at the time, could not hear him from that distance, etc. etc. like I genuinely don't get it because the KNOWLEDGE everybody had at that time was different, and I don't understand why there could still be room for hatred now like genuinely if we don't stretch the plot at all the crown prince was also basically innocent so? so much for doram's forgiving heart I guess
I mean, yes? The only remaining fact is that Doram’s harsh feelings towards ml were taken into custody by the goblin kid, so I think all of them are assuming that when he gets his hatred for him back, things are gonna change, in a negative way ofc ╮(￣▽￣)╭
How will he understand? The guy is the son of the person that slaughtered his entire family(including his extended family), forced his hyung into slavery, made him run away for his life and fake his death and separate from his brother. All of a sudden he’s related to that family by marriage??? His hatred is human and very valid not to mention the tiger has still not formally apologized. It’s easy to see the prince as innocent from the readers perspective but try to see it from the brothers pov
