this might be a little inaccurate, but either way i do recommend doing a full reread! its actually so cute.
0.) (small spoiler) he didn’t necessarily avoid participating in the group project (initially) because of the bottom, but because he didn’t know he was still enrolled in that class (he was planning on dropping out to move to canada to treat his insomnia)
1.) i’m pretty sure they started hunching because the bottom kept pestering chaejun to involve himself in the group project, under pressure from their professor & his need to receive a good grade. in like chapter 3, he accidentally touches his balls when they're in the storage room & he (chaejun) falls asleep after they mess around together.
2.) chaejun, who is sensitive to smells due to his trauma, enjoys seunghyuns scent. in one of the earlier chapters, seunghyun discovers that his apartment is actually split into two by a partition wall while he was getting cracked & eventually moves in with chaejun under an agreement that he’d help chaejun sleep in return for free lodging at his place.
3.) answer 2 kinda answers this question too, but i feel like u have to keep reading for this! the story is amazing & worth reading, they go through some stuff together and they naturally grow closer by living together.
4.) the stuff they went through (involving another member of chaejuns department) gets in the way of them finishing the presentation, since they had an issue of having to prove that they weren’t plagiarizing off of another group (said guy stole a usb when the bottom went out for snacks, gave it to his group, and they presented first.) but chaejun was able to dispel any rumors of plagiarism by proving that the materials/furniture pieces were some that he made (?) but theres a picture of a wardrobe with both himself and the professor in the reflection
