Yeah, and it's not like her plan was that bad. It just got foiled because he had the maid spying on her the entire time. And we can't really fault her for trusting that one maid considering how she is so isolated and desperate for friendship
I don't necessarily hate the FL. This seems realistic honestly, she's trying and failing. We can't expect her to be a mastermind or something with how she she was treated all her life. Like now, she has no time to properly even educate herself with him all over her 24/7. The pacing is okay for me. Someday she will definitely succeed in escaping.
Only thing bothering me is her kind of forgetting about the knight, but if she kept thinking about him she'd actually kill herself.. So maybe she's trying to cope and not think too much about it?
