Yeahhh, I agree to that...the seme love the uke so much but the mother was like 'its because he is an omega, you will also feel like it even if it's not him' something like that. It's a BL and an omegaverse (I think). The last chapter I read on that manga is the seme's mother (?) wanted to prove to uke that her son was only attracted to uke's pheromones. To prove it, she drugged a female omega and make her in heat in front of the seme ╥﹏╥...and the seme was attracted to the Omega's scent and went to rut (?) and attacked the omega while the uke watched it all happened. The uke tried to stop them and separate them both but both were not in right minds. It was so bad to my heart that I forgot if I even saved it to my list cuz I can't find it.
