He is an omega but I doubt he is pregnant. He always preferred coffee over alcoholic, from what I remember. And if he were pregnant he wouldn't drink coffee either, as it would be dangerous for both.
No he is an isn't an Omega he is a beta. in the character profile for the twins is 23.5 and it says he is a beta.
Is Renzuo pregnant because he's not drinking wine?! I can't remember if he was omega or beta haha.
