I think it's less that someone took a photo of a child and posted it to a site where people go to goon.
A picture of a real child should be nowhere near this website. It shouldn't even be anywhere in the internet without the supervision and knowledge of their parents!! It does not matter if it was made with or without harmful intent, it's just a matter of online safety for children...
a child posted mouth wide open is extremely dangerous, this is a site were yaoi and porn are in front page. it's just not okay to do, putting a child to danger for absolutely no reason.
