Maybe he saintess us in cahoots with another empire and they promised to make all the powerful men in the empire hers and she was upset with the knight earlier cuz she hadn’t met the prince or mage yet. And really she is the “alea” person and knows abt the escape portal but wants to get freaky with all the men first….
