It's kind of like waiting in line for hours for chocolate ice cream, only to find out that when it's finally your turn, the only flavor left is strawberry. You know it's still ice cream, and plenty of people enjoy it, but it's hard not to feel disappointed when it wasn't what you were hoping for. That's pretty much where that comment came from. I wasn't trying to belittle either the author or the artist.
