A lot of children from broken homes are kind and have a hard time saying no which makes them seem more generous. When you grow up facing abuse, you naturally want to treat people differently than your parents treated you.
Mc’s “pure” and “sweet” personality makes me question a lot of things considering his situation. How tf is he still pure and sweet when he has a shit father and debt collectors bothering him all the time?
