Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't the reason she came back and wanted to meet Hyesung because she needed money or smth? And then coincidentally she 'actually' felt bad about abandoning him and that was the real reason, definitely bot the money abd the fact he married into a rich family. She literally abandoned him for all his life and somehow only came actually looking for him after he got a rich man. She could have tried looking for him and support him from the background if she cared so much about her son instead of betraying him AGAIN by talking to his husband and son behind his back! She should have AT LEAST tried telling Hyesung herself about what was happening behind his back! And accepting a freaking hpuse and money from a practical stageer to her! SHE NEVER CARED ABOUT HIM! She only wanted money. She doesn’t care about Hyesung. I dont care what the author is trying to do with this plot but no matter what her 'reason' was for abandoning him as a kid, she went and betrayed him again as a married adult. NOTHING about what she did after their 'reunion' felt like regret, and wanting forgiveness.
