You uhh do know that if what ur saying happens this story would have like 4 to 6 chapters at best right?
Yea I know. Which is why I said "I know the author was just creating a story." All I'm saying is we need new conflicts in stories not the sames one on repeat. I'm not saying it isn't good but it feels like I've read this storyline too many times. But also there's nothing wrong with a short story every now and then

Everybody in this story is irritating. The obsessed best friend, the sister treating him like a little kid, the ML and his inability to be honest with his emotions and others, and the Mc who’s hard-headed and naive. Like I know the author was just creating a story but holy shit. All of this could’ve been avoided if Mc would’ve just listened and not met the man who was clearly bad news, and if the ML had just told the truth about the past from the beginning. I’m glad they resolved things in the end, but lord I’m getting sick of these same, watered down, predictable, boring ass, storylines. I do thank the authors and artists for the little entertainment they do give though. No shade.
