Possible. But I think no. When our lil nephew got that as a kid, he was always yellow or something. He just needed sun. But she seemed healthy so they did say she was weak cause of the gravity.

It might be because Lily's been soaked in the water for too long that she was a little weak compared to others, one of the teachers said she's sick ;-;) imagine if her dad didn't save her, the poor baby could've died there ( ；∀；)
