It was a BL manga. It was pretty short read i dont think it went over 30 chapters. The setting i remember is that I think the main couple met at a bar
It was a yokai/monster BL
I don't remember what the main couple was, but the side couple is a fox top and a snake bottom
The fox guy has three tails, and his dark colored hair turns white when he transforms
The snake guy is blonde/light-colored hair in like a half ponytail
