I honestly don’t think there is a solid reason why Cael fell for her other than plot. In order for there to be light there as to be darkness. Cael was the darkness to make the Crown Prince shine it’s just apart of the plot lol I think that’s why Cael started questioning why he even loved her himself. She never once was grateful nor thanked him for anything he done. Hell she wouldn’t even apologize after abandoning him after he basically solidified her position. I could be wrong though I only made it to chapter 89 so far.
y’all know that big ceo meme? that’s how i see hestia and cael, with hes being the big ceo. the ml is babied way too much, and we were barely given his own pov. tho the pacing feels right for their relationship, it’s kinda sad how we didn’t fully understand how cael came to love hestia. this was a good read tho, art was nice (hestia lookin kinda chopped at some chapters tho, totally mogged by diana), and it’s a light read.
