Yeah, more like Dante's father's side of the family (Torninis?) killed his wife and staged the whole thing up to have him "seek revenge" to keep the hatred between the two family going. The story sounds too sus. Andrea probably took Dante in after the massacre to protect him cause he is his nephew.
Yeah I think like this too. Andrea was okay with Gino being a branded and they were consired towards branded people too. They work hard for those people to have a stable life. They also talked about how important family is and meaning of a family so much that I can't really believe these same people would murder someone from their family, their own sister, without an ounce so easily.
