God I SCOURED that last fucking chapter for all the clues I could find JUST to make sure it wasn’t wishful thinking and that they actually got together. The shorter one has a ring on his ring finger and the taller one took the shorter one’s last name. If you re-read understanding that they actually got together and that both the lesbian and the shorter one are actually bisexual, you’ll see so much clauses riddled into the conversations the taller one had with the married couple and with the lesbian’s husband.
Basically he kind of realized that the taller one had it similar to him because both their partners were bi and in love with the bride at some point so he understood that the taller guy would get it. And then the obvious thing was that they lived together and that the taller one makes the shorter one his favorite pastry or whatever.
I am bad with names. I binged this and I still don’t remember their names. I used lesbian because it’s obvious who I’m referring to even when we now know that she’s bisexual and I used taller and shorter, bride and etc to refer to the rest of em.
