Yeah. People were asking for him to regret his actions and beg, but when he finally does, they claim it’s out of character. This makes no sense, considering his entire character arc—accepting that Jaekyung was a bad person and realizing how lonely he actually was by focusing only on his ego and career—has been building up for several chapters now. This is the climax; this is the honesty and acceptance of his true feelings. They don't need to push each other away anymore because they both want to be together and find real peace. It’s his way of changing who he is, how he acts, and how he loves the people around him from now on.

People when he actually cries and begs: um ew why is he doing that…manipulation much? And that’s it?
