I've heard people say reading Heavens official blessing will make some works a bit boring in comparison. Tho i haven't read any of these. So why not read mo dao one first and then read the other one later.
mdzs is very plot heavy and it‘s slow burn, if you like that i recommend
tgcf is literally a masterpiece! I definitely recommend it but it‘s slow burn and like REALLY slow

a really different types of stories, and as someone who read both i should say both… but if i had to choose mdzs would be my choice. slow burn but a really well made danmei, one of the classics. you should check tgcf too, that’s a bit longer. for eighteen’s bed, that’s also very well written and exciting to read novel. toxic relationship but characters are explained really good.
mxtx works are a must read for me, all personal opinions ofc
Yes ! personnally I first watch the donghua (it's like that that I first knew Mo Dao Zu shi), after that I read the novel. And years later I watch the live action "the Untamed" !
