gajun is the prophecy child, he awakens into an A rank myth user right before everyone is saved from the training facility. baek sunwoo is like gajun and is also looping thru time. sunwoo is on his 12th loop and has failed his past loops for trying to save gajun. not sure what wouldve happened if sunwoo died in gajuns 11th loop. he prolly wouldnt have existed at all in gajuns 12th loop, dunno. almost everyone at the training facility dies, even the trio, but is resurrected thanks to gajun. at one of the hospital theyre staying at, sunwoo confesses to gajun but gajun rejects him and they go thru a longgg angst typa thingy before gajun realizes his feelings and reciprocates them back. gajun becomes an H.N. member alongside sunwoo and they start living together.
also: sunwoos ability allows him to ‘bond’ himself to another person. this basically has him wanting to protect that special person and have a deep desire to keep them safe. if that person is deeply hurt or is away for too long, sunwoos life force deteriorates and he can end up dead if that life force reaches dangerously close to 0%. sunwoo and gajun are bonded, and when gajun rejected sunwoo, his life force was at 8% (or smt) before gajun finally realized his feelings. he was basically a walking corpse lol
